An introduction to ballet technique for very young dancers (pre-primary and early primary). Through a semi-documentary in which two young sisters prepare for their first lesson, including a shopping trip to buy shoes and costumes, the young viewer is taught the basic steps, and learns the basic do's and don'ts of ballet. The video is produced in association with the Royal Academy of Dance.
