The innovative, internationally acclaimed Jazz Tap Ensemble USA gives a virtuosic performance of eight contemporary pieces of original choreography, Jordu, Spoon River, Ice Breaker Boogie, Kickin It, After Hours, Playing For Keeps, Tone Poem and Jam With Honi. Unusual use of instruments ranges from spoons, wood blocks, harmonica, mouth music, and hand clapping, to the more traditional guitar and piano, but throughout, the taps are the central instrument for the ensemble in the integration of music and dance.
